We have a Raise Structure & bonus Structure, so you know exactly when you will get raises. -Long Term Career Positions, not short term -Set Hours – Your Hours don’t change every week or Month. -Remco insurance has been in Business for over 25 years. -No Experience needed. We are happy to Train you. -No manager in your office looking over your shoulder daily, you are your own manager. _______________________________________________________________________ PAYROLL INFORMATION & PAY AMOUNTS: For all pay amounts below you are guaranteed overtime & set hours weekly & monthly. You are paid 2 times a month. Commissions are on top of monthly pay & can be anywhere from $300 - $2000 Monthly on top of monthly pay. Amounts below are just starting pays. We have Managers & Agents that make $3800 a month + once they hit their goals & build up their office sales. -$2400 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – No Experience You will also receive commissions on top of this amount. -$2600 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – Sales Experience or Limited Lines License You will also receive commissions on top of this amount. -$2800 Monthly Minimum + Commissions –P&C License You will also receive commissions on top of this amount. _______________________________________________________________________ WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday - 9am to 7pm Saturday - 10am to 5pm Sunday - OFF You also get 2 set days off a month that are assigned to you, on top of Sundays Once you hit your Goals your Hours will be dropped to 5 days a week & you get a raise as well. You also get 2 set days off a month that are assigned to you, on top of Sundays. _______________________________________________________________________ JOB TITLE AND DESCRIPTION: -Selling Insurance, Taking Payments & Helping customers on their insurance policy -You will be working in an office environment. -Must be a Fast Learner-Must be good at problem solving. -This is for people looking for a career & long-term opportunity not short term -This job is extremely easy & we give you space in your own office we usually have 1 -3 people max per office. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: -Experience with customer service & friendly with Customers -Must speak English & Spanish (Bilingual ONLY please) -Good people skills-Upbeat attitude -Be able to problem solve -Be good under pressure -Computer literate (How to print, Copy, Scan, Search desktop) _______________________________________________________________________ BENEFITS: Medical Insurance, Vision & Dental Insurance. Eligible after 60 days with the company.
