Full Job Description Position: Trimmer / Harvester Job seekers will begin work in May/ June. We are looking to fill 40 positions in our new state of the art facility located in Camp Verde, AZ. Essential Functions Trim Flower 1.5 lbs. to 2 lbs. of flower in 8-hour shift. 7am-3pm M-F The minimum standard is 700 grams per day, this requirement must be met on a weekly average. No Raking, No Shaving, No Crows Feet, No visible stems, Clean Cuts no bud cutting Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing. Wipe down your table, sweep your area, put scissors away, pick up trash, tidy up your space. Remove fan leaves from branches, dump soil pots, cleaning and mopping. Assisting cultivators in harvesting and cleaning. Harvesting every 3 weeks, required to stand for 8 hours. Paid breaks (2-15 minute breaks) and lunch paid 30 minutes. We do not provide lunch except on harvest days Competencies Detail oriented. Hand dexterity. Fast repetitive hand movements. Communication Proficiency. Flexibility. Air-conditioned rooms throughout the building. This role routinely uses standard personal protective equipment such as uniforms, hairnets, hats, gloves, sheers, and beard guards. Physical Demands This is position requires you to sit for long periods and repetitive hand movement. 1.5 days on feet Harvesting and cleaning every 3 weeks, the rest of the time trimming seated. Able to lift 50 lbs. Experience No experience required; we will train. Previous trimming experience is preferred.
