JOB DESCRIPTION: This position entails scraping, priming, sanding of paint, which will occasionally include lead paint, requiring protective clothing and masks provided by the company. Paint Crew frequently operates a gas operated Power Washer. Frequent use of ladders and lifts prepping and painting structures up to 60 feet high. Frequent interaction with customers requires professional communication skills. QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age Able to work 40 hours per week (10hour shift, start at 8 am, one hour lunch break, work until 6pm) Must be flexible to work occasional weekends as weather can impact exterior painting projects. Must have reliable transportation to travel within 45 minutes of Portland, mileage reimbursed. Previous painting experience preferred but willing to train Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Comfortable with ladders and lifts and working at heights up to 60 ft. Be a team player Must be professional in communications and work ethic Strict no smoking policy while on job-sites Must be able to attendant the interview section (happening within the next two weeks) CARPENTER NEEDED AS WELL FOR ADDITIONAL $$$ !!!SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!!!
