Adventure Window Cleaning is looking to add Window Cleaning Techs to our team for the upcoming Season and you could be just the person we are looking for. Candidates for this position should possess the following traits: · Ability to self manage and maintain equipment, as well as making sure paperwork is complete and accurate · Work rapidly and safely at considerable heights · Resolve challenges and discrepancies on jobs and/or interact with clients to amend issues · Occasionally repel from heights up to 250' and have a working knowledge of proper decent equipment and techniques · Drive company vehicles and/or direct report to project sites as determined by Operations Required Job Qualifications: It is essential that the Window Cleaning Tech shares the core values of the company. In addition, the Window Cleaning Tech must possess the following requirements: · 1 to 3 years combined of commercial and residential window cleaning · Proficient with the use of technology · Valid Chauffeur license and insurable · Valid Michigan Department of Transportation (MDoT) medical card · Able to lift 80 pounds · Willingness to fully participate in the company’s snow program
