Full time SENIOR GUTTER INSTALLER needed to join our professional team in West side Cleveland area. We serve the greater Cleveland area and emphasize quality of work, efficiency, safety, taking care of our employees and excellent customer service. We pay our crewman very well and are in need of a reliable senior crewman to lead a two or three man team. JOB SUMMARY • Load materials onto truck for daily project • Drive truck to project site • Tear off existing gutters, or • Prepare (or repair) structure for installation of new gutters • Measure structure and build new seamless gutter and attach hangers • Install new seamless aluminum gutters, downspouts, and gutter system components • Load tear off materials and debris onto truck • Clean construction site • Return truck to shop and unload debris or waste JOB REQUIREMENTS • Must have valid Ohio state driver’s license (Required) • Must be authorized to work in the United States (Required) • Previous gutter installation experience: 2 years minimum (Required) • Basic remodeling/construction: 2 year (Preferred) • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) • Must follow company’s safety policies • Comfortable with heights and being on ladders with heights up to three stories • Must be able to easily lift up-to 80lbs • Must also be able to read job instructions and record materials on work order • Able to work independently and/or with a crew • Enjoy working outdoors • Responsible for keeping a clean truck and job site • Reliable individual who takes pride in their work WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive wages based on experience and skill ($20 to $30 per hour) • Weekly job performance bonuses up to 14%. • Initial and continuous training • Opportunity for growth and advancement
