Construction Driver Hours 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 6:30am to 3pm (30 minute lunch break) Wage $16 to $19 per hour (DOE) Overtime Potential Duties/Responsibilities Pickup and delivery of materials to construction sites located across southern California. Loading and unloading of materials from residential and commercial buildings. Jobsite Clean Up Maintain the organization of materials. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and yard. Inventory Control of materials issued to and returning from construction sites. Inventory Control of tools and equipment issued to and returning from construction sites. Forklift Operation Record-keeping/Documentation Assist Superintendents and Foremen Required Skills Forklift Operation (Company will provide Forklift Certification if expired) Valid California Driver's License (CDL not required) Ability to lift 50 lbs for extended periods of time throughout an 8 hour workday Ability to identify the differences between similar materials Ability to keep logs, records of transactions and fill out required paperwork General understanding of the use of basic tools and equipment Basic Math
