We are a high-end cabinetry company working out of El Cajon, CA. Looking for a professional cabinet Installer DESIRED SKILLS: • Must have reliable transportation and be on time and ready to work. • Able to work with little or no supervision. • Must be a good communicator, organized, and a problem solver. • Able to read blueprints and construction drawings. • Attention to detail is required to meet the expectations of homeowners and contractors. • Must be highly skilled in cabinet construction and installation. (5+ years) • Experienced as a high-end cabinet installer (2+ years) • Able to act professionally around high-end clientele. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead a high-end cabinet installation onsite, from delivery to pull-out. • Must be present during jobsite work hours and on time. • Know and adhere to safety procedures and practices. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace. • Able to organize work logically and efficiently. • Communicate with other trades, site supervisors, and project managers. • Quality control to ensure that the product is accurate and undamaged. • Safely handle finished material without damaging it or the client’s home or possessions. REQUIRED: • Clean driving record. • Reliable transportation. • Smart phone • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • High School graduate or equivalent. SALARY: • Based on experience.
