RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) • Perform inventory controls and delivery • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization • Complete diary logs into inventory • Report any discrepancies • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations • Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives • Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately • Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc. • Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals • Remain up to date with industry's best practices REQUIREMENTS • Proven working experience as a warehouse worker • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods • Good organizational and time management skills • Ability to lift heavy objects • DRIVER'S LICENSE • High school degree\ • Proven working experience in merchandising • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate • Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills JOB: FULL TIME LOCATION: 1170 W Morena Blvd. San Diego CA 92110 Please email your resume to [email protected]
