Property Management company has an opening for a full-time Maintenance Porter to join residential repair team. This position would require the employee to live on site at the property. The position would be responsible for light maintenance and/or housekeeping tasks at the property. Job summary: *Pool maintenance *Walks the property on a regular basis to ensure the property's appearance meets or exceed company standards at all times *Helps maintain on-site shops *Cleaning the grounds and dumpster areas daily *Remove trash and replace liners in common area trash cans *Cleaning, opening and closing the laundry rooms *Assisting maintenance employees with property repairs *Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager Benefits after three months include medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, life insurance, paid holidays, personal time off, and retirement plan. Must have current driver's license and good driving record. Drug screen is required.
