Missing Russian Blue Cat named 'Billy'. Solid gray short hair. Darker gray. solid on body and a little whitish hair on chest. Tabby tail if look closely but usually just looks gray tail. Neutered male. 3 years old. Scared easily yet gentle Slender body and long tail. Missing since the night of April 12, 2021. Last location is near Bloomfield ave. and Lucas st. Never been outside. He is on special diet since he has a serious allergy to some food ( lentils, beans,) and pollen. It is very dangerous for him to be outside. He may having skin problems. If you have seen or heard please let me know. We miss him and worry about him very much. Thanks
