Found black and white cat

Am getting a group of cats out from a property where a dilapidated house is going to be demolished right off of 38th and Main. Please ask for a specific location. The neighbor says these cats were being fed by the previous tenant and have been around for awhile. There is one that looks a little less rough than the others and I'm wondering if he may belong to someone who lives close by. Big kitty, black with white on the face, chest, and paws. Unsure about the color of the belly. Doesn't have the ear tipped and unsure if fixed or not. Let me know if you think this might be your cat.
