General Contractor is looking to hire immediately!!! The position could be temporary or long-term. It all depends on whether you possess the following: SKILLS & KNOW-HOW Drywall - Hang, Patch, Tape, Mud, Prime & Texture Minor Plumbing Repair - Remove & Replace Toilets, Angle Stops, Supply Lines, Faucets, etc. Minor Electrical Repair - Remove & Replace Outlets, Switches, J-Boxes, etc. Painting - Interior & Exterior Framing Experience - Small Niches, Pony Walls, Fir out Wall, Install Backing for Door Tracks, etc. Tile Setting - Shower Walls, Shower Floors, Cuts, Grouting, etc. Fixture Installation - Ceiling Fans, Vanity Lights, Pendant Lights, LED Strips, etc. ABILITY & MIND-SET Fantastic Work Ethic - Passionate about Your Work & Performed at the Best of Your Ability Consistency - On Time, Every Time Reliable Transportation - Borrowing your friend's car, Getting a ride from your Mom and the Bus are NOT reliable transportation options. Some Tools - Not Required but helpful Lift 50 lbs Great Personality - Occasional interaction with Homeowners Not Allergic to Work - Sneezers stay Home Neat & Clean - Wrinkled, Ragged & Torn Clothing can be worn while you're still L@@KING for a job. Such Attire is NOT Allowed on the Job Site. Pick up after yourself at the end of the day & leave the Job Site tidier than when you arrived. Drug Free Workplace - (Enough Said) Current jobs in progress include: Refinishing a Stair Railing Interior Painting Exterior Painting Master Bathroom Remodel Pay Starts at $16.00 per hour. If you demonstrate most or all of the Skills & Know-How from above, you will be bumped to $17.50 per hour in one week. You are paid weekly on Friday.
