We are a luxury Design-Build firm seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team. Our company is based in Coronado with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We specialize in high-end remodeling, renovations, additions, kitchens and baths. Due to high volume of work, we are currently backlogged with projects through 2022 and are in need of a dedicated team member to assist. Duties and Responsibilities: Preparation and installation of: Base Case Crown Shelf & Pull Cabinets Pre-hung and book doors Windows Door & window hardware Bath finish hardware Thoroughly clean up the work area at the end of each workday and when the project is complete. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in residential construction. Skilled in both rough and finished carpentry (i.e. trim carpentry, tile work, drywall patch/texture match, painting, and demolition). Must be proficient at taking accurate measurements using a tape measure and cutting accurately. Must have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing trades. Good communication skills. Proficient at using a variety of hand and light-duty power tools. Must have reliable transportation. Willingness to follow the company's policies and procedures. Ability to lift over 60 pounds on a regular basis.
