Southwest Equity Partners is hiring! We are a small but growing property management company based out of Encinitas. We specialize in the management of multi unit residential apartment complexes and our portfolio includes properties throughout San Diego county. We seek a maintenance technician for south county. Qualified applicant will have carpentry, electrical, plumbing and drywall skills. Must have truck, tools, a valid California driver license, proof of insurance and a clean driving record. You will be reimbursed for mileage at the current federal rate. You must also have a working smart phone and be able to pass a backround check. To $25 per hour based on experience.
