Construction Foreman’s Position Offering $25/hr to $30/hr based upon experience. Construction company based in Culpeper; VA has an opening for an experienced construction foreman. Must have experience in excavation for foundations, rebar installation, concrete placement, setting of anchor bolts and familiarity with minor steel erection. Reading of drawings and specification is mandatory. Previous experience on VDOT projects is preferred but not required. Applicant must be self-motivated, dependable, and have a valid driver’s license. Limited out of town travel is involved with all travel expenses paid by Company. This is a full-time position. Company vehicle and operating expenses included Cell Phone allowance Health insurance provided and after 5 years 100% insurance paid by Company 401K with 4% match by Company Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Days
