CRAZY things happened? Like, five weeks ago SIX sheriffs and a tow truck showed up to take a car I have missed no payments on. Ally's attorney, James Miersma, went to court with no notice to the defendant (me) and got default judgement. I had that overturned two weeks ago. LOOKING FOR ANYONE WHO HAS HAD DEALINGS WITH ALLY BANK AND THEY DID STUFF TO YOU THAT YOU MIGHT THINK IS ILLEGAL (it probably was...cashing my car payment checks, and I have the images of the cashed checks they claim were never received, THEN USING THAT MONEY FOR OTHER PURPOSES AND NOT APPLYING IT TO MY LOAN.
