We are looking for reliable people who feel satisfaction by taking dirty homes and making them beautiful! We are a small business who is looking to expand and grow our company. The cleaning we specialize in is very detailed and fast paced. Empty apartment turnovers and residential housekeeping services are our primary focus. We typically run in teams of 2 and have company vehicles. This is a Monday-Friday position with an occasional Saturday. Work hours are usually between 8am and 6pm. Requirements - Valid driver license with no more than 2 driving violations in the last 3 years Customer service experience Professional appearance The ability to work in a team setting Pay $13 per hour to start and train + Bonus pay (see below) $13.50 per hour after passing performance review $14.50 per hour after reaching Lead Technician Status. Bonus $2 increase per hour for upto %75 of the hours worked in a week. If 3 goals are met 1. On time everyday 2. No missed days in a week 3.
