Well established, well reviewed, clean professional shop looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Writer. Position of our Service Writer is not only selling but writing / building estimates, workflow management, timelines, scheduling, answering phones, quotes, follow-up and retention etc.... We use Winworks for our shop management along with AutoVitals for digital inspections, Alldata and Land Rover / Jag RTS sites for labor times and scheduled services. Must be clean, professional with a positive attitude and work well with others. Must be able to communicate and multitask exceptionally well. Willing to compensate fairly based on knowledge and production. Paid vacation and sick time. Health care and dental - provided and will contribute. Extra disability and life policy provided.
