CONSTRUCTION SEASON IS HERE! HIRING TRAFFIC SUPERVISORS IN NORTHERN COLORADO INCLUDING SURROUNDING AREAS; GREELEY, LOVELAND, SEVERANCE, WINDSOR, TIMNATH AND FORT COLLINS. Looking to broaden your horizons and learn a new trade? Do you have lots of common sense? We are currently looking to hire Traffic Control Supervisors that have experience in our industry or certified Flaggers with training that will have the ability to test and pass for supervisory position. Pay is dependent upon experience. Company cell phone is provided. Company trucks are assigned to individuals. We can discuss them being driven to and from work during your interview. Paid Weekly DIRECT DEPOSIT 4 Paid holidays or overtime if worked. $150/month bonus after 2nd month up to 8th month with us for a job well done. Education and Experience and or opportunity to become: *Certification as a Traffic Control Supervisor from Colorado Contractors Association CCA *Certification through ATSSA The American Traffic Safety Services Association as a TCS. *CDOT Flagger Certification Company Qualifications Now or after training you will have: Knowledge of the MUTCD Book- to properly set up tear down jobs daily. Ability to conduct site inspections, on various projects. Ability to Read and Implement Traffic Plans in the field. Physical Demands: Individuals must be able to lift / move 50 lbs. regularly. Individuals are regularly exposed to traffic and outside weather conditions. Position is for Full Time 40 + hours, Year Round. Must haves at time of Hire: Current Drivers License - Minimal Traffic Offenses in the past 3-5 years. Ability to work hours as needed including & not limited to weekends and/or holidays. Ability to problem solve work under pressure effectively. Ability to remain flexible in daily changes. Ability to document work thoroughly in journals, and on logs. Utilize Work Phone for Emails & Scheduling. Ability to communicate effectively to maintain working relationships with our customers & co- workers. May be subject to background report.
