Luxury building in Port Washington looking to hire a Maintenance man / Handyman for general labor Duties -Maintain and keep building clean and looking good -Help residents out with basic necessities (change bulbs, batteries, packages, luggage, etc...) -Keep outside grounds clean -Must have some experience with Painting, Electrical work, and plumbing -Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment -Must maintain a professional look and attitude Qualifications -Valid Drivers License -Reliable transportation -US Citizen or Resident -Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders -Teamwork a MUST, proper attitude, neat and friendly -HS diploma or equivalency (GED) Hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday Compensation depends on experience
