This is a vacation rental home like AIRBnB. The employee will clean the house as needed as tenants leave to be ready for the next guests. This includes laundry of sheets and towels (laundry facilities on site), vacuuming, making beds (3 bedroom home), cleaning walls as needed, cleaning kitchen appliances and bathrooms (2), removing trash, clean/mop floors, wipe furniture, dust, check for breakage or missing items, refill consumption items like coffee and complimentary snacks (provided), restock soap and shampoo, recharge batteries on Ring devices as needed. Occasional visits when urgent matters arise (additional compensation). And other similar tasks.
