We currently have a full time Maintenance position for a 190+ unit manufactured home community. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Interact on a regular basis with Community Manager, Leasing/Sales Agents, and residents • Repair and replace light fixtures, switches, outlets and perform other minor electrical work • Repair locks and make other miscellaneous repairs on assigned properties • Prepare recently vacated properties for new tenants • Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • Prior Maintenance and/or Customer Service experience required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; bilingual not required but is a plus • Skilled in repair and maintenance of household appliances, plumbing, and lighting fixtures is a plus • Monday-Friday - Rotate on-call 2 weekends per mth REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or GED • Must pass criminal background check • Must be able to lift objects weighing 50lbs or more regularly • Current drivers license required For immediate consideration, please post "Maintenance" in subject line and reply with your resume and salary requirements.
