Seeking a full time experienced General Maintenance Engineer for local area rental properties and hotels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of demonstrated experience and knowledge of carpentry, electrical, painting, and plumbing. Occasional landscaping/snow removal. The position encompasses maintenance and repair on a variety of local apartments and/or hotels. Days are Monday - Friday, however candidates will have some flexibility and be able to work independently. This is a full time, fully benefited, salaried position.
