Die Repair Technicians Earn Base Rate up to $31.30/hour 3rd shift and 12 hour nights 7p-7a F&P America Manufacturing has been a part of the Troy community for over 25 years. Our world-class workforce utilizes the most advanced processes to produce the highest quality Chassis Systems, Suspension Parts, Pedal Assemblies and more for the world leading automakers. We are seeking highly qualified candidates for the Die Repair Technicians opportunity. Responsibilities: Use of various equipment/tools to improve and repair dies. Equipment includes: grinders; welding equipment; machining equipment; overhead cranes; etc. Support stamping operations and troubleshoot production problems. Qualifications: Hands-on experience with various stamping operations, (e.g., transfer, progressive, blanking dies) Tig and Mig Welding skills a plus Proficient reading blueprints and sketches Follow all safety requirements of the company – PPE, (hat, glasses, steel-toed boots, uniform, hearing protection, gloves, etc.) safe job behaviors, etc. Able to lift up to 50 lbs Benefits: F & P America Manufacturing offers competitive wages with pay increases every 6 months.
