We are an organic year-round microgreen farm that grows and processes our crops in greenhouses and inside a metal building. We are looking for someone to help us plant crops, palletize and load orders, clean, harvest and rotate, and fill trays with soil. This position is full-time, 5 days a week (including Sunday). Our usual work day is from 8am until 3pm. We have a fabulous crew and are looking for 1-2 people who want to stay on long term. WE offer good benefits and an even better work atmosphere. If you are interested, you should have the following abilities:
*must be able to drive a forklift
*must be able to lift 50 lbs above your head (a strong back and shoulders)
*must be a team player who can work independently
*must be able to work quickly and efficiently
*must have reliable transportation, since we are not on a bus route.
*must be able to work on weekends
