Large room requires subfloor Damaged Oriented Strand Board (OSB) removal and new plywood installation of 7-8 sheets of 4x8 plywood. Plywood to be sourced by property owner when thickness of OSB to be removed is known. Property owner will pay $50 per sheet to install. Bidders must be licensed and insured.
