Job Description: Perform tasks related to landscaping maintenance, installation, irrigation. Examples: Property clean up, load/unload/transport dump trailers, check/maintain plant material health, assess work sites and describe issues/areas of improvement, pick up/transport materials from vendors. Work Days: Monday-Friday. Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Benefits: Holidays, Vacation Minimum qualifications: -Have reliable transportation and clean driving record. -Have personal cell phone. -Able to both work as a team member and independently. -Able to receive and follow instructions. -Able to read and write in English. Able to effectively communicate in English. This includes the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, co-workers, and clients. -Able to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions. -Able to use manual, gasoline, and electric tools. -Accountable for assigned materials/tools/company property. Preferred Qualifications: -English/Spanish Bilingual -Previous experience in landscaping maintenance/installation, irrigation, rock work, construction -Ability to identify plants/trees/shrubs
