Maintenance Technician: Self-starter for all phases of maintaining our property. This includes, but is not limited to all aspects of landscaping, grounds maintenance, exterior building maintenance and CPO pool certification (raining available). No supervisory responsibilities are required. Qualifications: • Education and Experience: • High School diploma or equivalent. • Good physical condition able to lift 75 pounds or more. • Valid Nevada driver's license. • Own vehicle and tools are a plus. • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: • Average knowledge of landscaping, construction, plumbing, and electrical • Average knowledge of power tools • Average knowledge of small maintenance equipment • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in an efficient and accurate manner • Ability to assess problems and determine an appropriate solution • Strong sense of and high standard for customer service • Ability to follow instructions and procedures • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Demonstrate a professional and positive demeanor • Ability to adapt in a changing workplace • Possess integrity and credibility Job Responsibilities: • Wash and service various light equipment • Perform duties pertaining to landscaping, grounds maintenance, and tree trimming • Mastery of equipment and tools used, ability to service it • Weekly sweeping of all weeds where necessary • Maintenance of roadway shoulders and slopes to include erosion control, weed control, and repair of drain damage • Maintenance of all drainage conveyances to include ditches, pipe culverts, headwalls and rip-rap • Maintain golf cart trail system; make repairs where necessary, cut growth of shrubs into the pathway when necessary • Check the golf cart path monthly • Provide snow removal when necessary for the entire project • Assist lot owners as required during periods of snowfall • Pick up Trash and debris from the roadway on a daily basis • Report damage to trees and foliage to General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor • Maintain the islands and areas from White Mountain Lake Road throughout the park • Maintain all common areas, building exteriors • Professional attitude and appearance All candidates are subject to pre-hire proficiency tests.
