Compensation Driver -Earn $16.00-$20.00 per hour (base+ tips) (must have valid driver's license and clean MVR) Job Description As a Mover - Forman, you are the face of the company. Must have a "let's get the job done" mentality. The ability to go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day making each customer feel at home - As a professional mover you will have to have 5 star customer service skills!! The ability to pack and move customer's furniture carefully. Moves can also sometimes include stairway and long walk ways. This is a general labor position and items moved can sometime lead up to 100lbs or more. A work day can vary in length (10 or more hour shift is not uncommon). Training is provided. Duties: Great 5***** star customer service skill Wrapping and packing customer items Preparing for and completing appointments that have a large volume and/or furniture items. Carry large items long distances and up and down stair cases Safely drive a non-cdl Driving a box truck *foreman * training provided Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc. Be able to make logistical decisions Professional attitude and demeanor Help to train new hires about the day to day operations and core values. Complete Daily Checklists Requirements High School Diploma Must be able to lift 50lbs or more Must be 20 years or older Must have valid driver license*FOREMAN 2 yr Customer service experience Must be a people person with a selfless attitude and enjoy pleasing others Great personality and warm smile You're flexible to work weekends as needed.
