Found Grey Tabby Cat

Found young gray male tabby cat near Cascade View Elementary in Tukwila. He is unneutered but was found with a very damaged collar (taken off in photo as it appeared to be irritating the cat) and is clearly used to people. No tags or ID on the collar and no microchip. Hoping to reunite him with his family. Please send description of collar and/or pictures of cat as proof of ownership.
