Denver Commercial Property Services is hiring a Landscape Enhancement Foreman A landscape foreman will take a lead role in running enhancement installation crews according to DCPS standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include: All physical aspects of landscape construction Crew management Ensure that DCPS safety standards are followed Preparation of vehicles, equipment and materials for the days work Off-season snow responsibilities Qualifications: Knowledgeable and physically able to perform all aspects of landscape construction Ability to read and follow blueprints Ability to lead others with respect and open communication Ability to properly maintain the basic mechanics of common landscape equipment Basic irrigation knowledge Valid driver's license and clean MVR
