Parking Lot/Garage Sweeper (Denver, CO) We are a rapidly growing provider of commercial property services to over 500+ clients in the Denver Area. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add 1-2 drivers to our expanding team. Plenty of hours available. SCHEDULE: Work (4) 10-hour night shifts per week; (3) days off Weekend nights included on some shifts optional overtime and the ability to work extra shifts Typical Hours 9:30 PM -- 7:00 AM DUTIES: Driving a sweeper truck and operating backpack blower to clean/maintain parking lots. Blow debris away from curbs, corners, sidewalks, etc. Sweep up trash/debris from drive lanes and lots. This is 50% DRIVING and 50% LABOR QUALIFICATIONS: *Clean MVR history, Must be able to lift 50lbs, Be able to work in all weather conditions, Positive Attitude, Hard work ethic. COMPENSATION: * $18.00/hour to start with paid training; with quick advances up to $20.00 per hour within the first six months based on performance and attendance with a $2.18 per hour bonus based off attendance, performance and equipment accountability. We want everyone to get their bonus ! * Merit Increases *We offer 401k, medical and dental insurance and pay for 50% of the employee cost * Overtime pay for all hours over 40 per week and OT hours available at times after probationary period * Paid vacation after one year * Monthly Bonuses with potential to increase bonus potential in summer months.
