Looking to hire a reliable team player to join our maintenance/cleaning crew. If you have experience with cleaning/painting, and are looking to build on your knowledge base.. this is the job for you! A Typical day includes: minor repairs inside apartments, painting, cleaning common areas, apartment cleaning at turnovers. Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. MUST be available to work the last day of Every month (regardless of the day of the week). We have some weekend turnovers (Sat & Sun), depending on when the 1st day of the month falls. We offer a competitive hourly wage and will consider both Full-time and Part-time. If interested, please respond with a resume, or provide a brief work history, including references.
