We are looking for experienced Grinder Operator and experienced Concrete Crusher Operator Grinder Operator • Must have PROVEN Experience operating Grinding Wood • Communicate with quality control personnel and make required adjustments to material blends • Shut down equipment as required in the event of an emergency, blockages or end of shift; coordinate/assist in required repairs • Operate heavy machinery • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures • Other duties as assigned • Must Have Valid Driver's License • Must be Dependable / Reliable • Mechanically Inclined to perform minor repairs on equipment • Must be Legally Authorized to Work in the United States • Must Pass Drug Test, Criminal Background Test, and Possible a Motor Vehicle Record Check Wages are based on experience 90 day probation period. Concrete Crushing Operator *Operate crushing and screening equipment *Visually observe and monitor gauges and of all equipment while in operation to maintain proper flow of material on belts, crushers and screens *Maintain strong communications with all employees to ensure efficient and safe workflow with crusher *Identify appropriate material to produce quality aggregate material *Communicate with quality control personnel and make required adjustments to material blends *Shut down equipment as required in the event of an emergency, blockages or end of shift; coordinate/assist in required repairs *Operate heavy machinery *Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures *Other duties as assigned Please no phone calls
