Location: Portland, OR (97211) FT/PT Status: Full Time Shift: Night (Start Time 6:30pm) Hourly Rate: $16-$17 United Salad Co. is looking for a Warehouse Admin to join our team! Summary: The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of employees work orders and equipment in the most timely, safe and effective manner. Job Responsibilities: • Monitor personnel and equipment by utilizing in/out logs for Vocollect devices to employees at the beginning and end of their shifts • Distribute work order to selectors via operating scanner • Run and provide performance reports to supervisor of excessive time or gaps • Sustain order integrity under the direction of the office and warehouse managers • Support warehouse productivity by re-printing pallets tags • Monitor timeliness of order selectors • Post hourly production reports using Produce Pro/Excel • Maintain social distancing, cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and work area • Create cleaning schedule as directed • Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Previous experience with WMS, Produce Pro preferred • Basic computer skills including MS Excel (sort, sum, average columns) • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Stock checks for selectors using Produce Pro • Troubleshoot process • Use Intercom system • Food service experience preferred • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. *All job offers are contingent upon passing a criminal background check and drug screen Benefits: Medical, Dental, PTO and 401(k)
