Flexible schedule for self motivated and independent employees This position is ideal for experienced trimmers. That can adopt different trim styles based on the request of management. This position will be temp to hire with the possibility of becoming permanent based on the quality of work you are able to provide. Requirements: . Applicants must have an OLCC workers permit card, be at least 21 years old . Must have reliable transportation . Must have a positive attitude and be ready to work . Must work well with others . Must be on time when agreed to work. . Commercial cannabis trimming experience a plus! . You are trustworthy and hardworking . Must be 21 years of age or older to apply Job Responsibilities: . Accurately weighing and recording all trim weights . Removing large fan leaves and branches using hands . Manually trim marijuana plants using shears, scissors, hands, etc. . Can tightly hand trim 1- 2 lbs. of finished flower per day. . Keep workstation and surrounding area clean and organized. . Assist with harvesting and possible tasks in cultivation. . Organize and separate bins as directed. . Handle critiques and improve as directed.
