We're a small but growing ecological landscape design/build/maintenance company and currently have two positions to fill: a landscape crew member and a landscape crew leader. Previous experience is not necessary (though very helpful), and on going training will be provided. Our crews make 33% of the labor revenue they generate and are paid on performance, allowing for much higher pay than the average landscaping company. We're unusual in that we work hard to pay our team as much as possible! Jobs vary with the seasons, with more lawn care during the growing season and primarily landscape lighting, pruning, tree work, clean ups and certain installations done in the winter. Experience is NOT NECESSARY, but helpful. All training will be provided.
