All Around Arbor Tree Care Services is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill a full-time arborist position. This individual should have experience working hard and working outdoors. Chainsaw experience is something this individual should have but it is not a requirement. Proper equipment training can be developed upon hiring. THIS IS A VERY PHYSICAL JOB - 95% OF PEOPLE CANNOT DO THIS JOB - YOU MUST BE STRONG, ATHLETIC AND HAVE A GREAT WORK ETHIC. (If you cannot run 3 miles without stopping or do at least 5 pullups, this job is probably not for you...) A positive attitude and good communication skills is key to being a part of team AAA. No hot-heads or cocky personalities wanted. An active drivers license and a means of transportation to our shop location is required. Pay will be determined based on incoming skill level. Starting wage is $18/hr for entry level up to $40+/hr for veteran/seasoned climbers. We have an amazing team here and are hopeful to find another amazing employee.
