We are currently looking for a person for our packaging department who can quickly learn the processes and procedures of the department. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm to start, Hours flexible once trained and able to work independently without supervision Location: Longview, WA PAY- DOE, 90 day introductory period Overtime available Paid holidays and bonuses Paid sick pay Paid vacation Occasional lunch gatherings Applicants must have a valid drivers license Must have reliable transportation, be responsible, be punctual, and be dependable. JOB CHARACTERISTICS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *Strong Work Ethic *Attention to the Slightest Detail *Follows Direction *Focused During Hectic Times *Able to Operate Without Constant Supervision *ORGANIZED *Responsible for general duties involving physical handling products and materials. *Perform necessary clean up duties in order to maintain a clean, safe and organized workshop. *Able to bend, kneel, lift, load and unload 75+lbs *A lot of our items are custom, so you must have good decision making and problem solving skills *Able to take direction and step up and assist with other tasks when needed *Have the ability to work with a sense of urgency *Must be comfortable using basic and power tools such as orbital sanders, miter saws, impact drivers, drills, nail guns, and trim routers. JOB DUTIES: *Package and test fit all outgoing furniture orders *Preparing pallets for freight orders *Cleaning and organizing area at the end of the day
