We are known for being one of Oregon's leading Certified Kind greenhouse sun grown cannabis farms. We cultivate cannabis using organic nutrients and teas, natural predator pest control, and the great power of the sun. We are currently looking to add multiple new hires to our Post Harvest Team. *Post Harvest/ Trim experience is not required* We are seeking fun, responsible, and driven candidates to fill seasonal/ full time positions within our Post Harvest Team. These individuals need to be motivated, willing to learn, and/or can adapt to our trim quality and operating procedures. We ask that you be comfortable receiving constructive criticism and be willing to adjust your trim styles to align with our quality standards. We spend a lot of time together in Post Harvest so it's important to be open to communication. This Post Harvest Position consists of but is not limited to trimming, bucking, machining, pre-rolling, and sanitation upkeep with occasional cultivation cross training. Being a team player means keeping everyone safe, so our farm is looking for candidates who are taking COVID-19 seriously both inside and outside of work. This is a full-time/ seasonal position that consists of 35 to 40 hrs per week. We operate 7 days a week (during peak season) from 7:30am-6:00pm. Flexible work schedules are possible. We take attendance and punctuality seriously, priority is given to those seeking full time employment. Personal transportation is necessary as we are located in a rural area. Must be 21+ and have an OLCC Worker permit or temporary certificate in hand.
