Looking for a skilled handyman to complete crew for apartment complex. We need someone knowledgeable with A/C, light electrical (install light fixture, breakers, outlets), Plumbing (shower valves, faucets, toilet installation, install water heater, etc), door installations and other maintenance issues. Mostly will be doing work orders in occupied apartments and punch out vacant apartments. If you meet the requirements we can pay $15 an hour.
