ISO; Small Dog or Puppy

I'm looking for a small breed dog or puppy for my boyfriend, senior dog and I to add into our little family. Unfortunately, I live in a townhouse and do not have space for medium to larger sized dogs. Rehoming fee of $100 is the most Im willing to make unless the puppy or dog is full breed and 'designer.' Ie; French Bulldog, Yorkie, Corgi ect ect. Though, I tend to like mutts! If you have an unwanted dog, puppy, or litter Id be more than happy to chat via email. Please send a picture of the dog for proof, rehoming fee price (if there is any), and if the dog has any health complications (I may still want them!) I'm willing to travel a few hours outside of the Eugene / Springfield area. A little about us... We are homebodies who find ourselves wandering the hiking trails on the weekend. My senior dog just turned 12 years a few days ago and is used to being with other dogs and cats. Now that he is alone he has shown interest in adding another addition to the family. All of us are very mellow but goofy and we spend almost all our time together. Boyfriend and I work graveyards but have someone to care for the dogs during the night if need be.
