General Laborer/ Residential Maintenance: Must have a VALID Drivers License, lift 50lbs, and willingness to learn. Room for advancement Some responsibilities include: New Residential Construction; Cleaning garages, basements and dirt off roads. Willingness to learn how to Frame walls when needed, lay silt fence/sock, and hang sheetrock/OSB when needed. Maintaining apartment buildings; Cleaning the hallways, yards, basements, laundry rooms and apartments when tenants move out. Lawn Care and Snow Removal. Willingness to learn how to do basic electrical, plumbing, framing and finishing work.
