Family owned real estate company seeks a FULL TIME, hardworking, reliable, capable, & trustworthy "jack of all trades" to help with carpentry, general maintenance & repairs, landscaping, demo, trash removal, errands, painting and occasional new builds & projects. A little bit of everything. Never get bored and learn a lot! While it is nice for someone to have some carpentry, maintenance, or general labor experience, it is more important that they are a good listener & communicator, a quick learner, a hard worker, and dependable. 10 +/- properties, from Moultonborough to Merrimack, but mostly in the Lakes Region Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Landscaping & yardwork Carpentry Construction Demolition Trash Removal Seasonal tasks Painting Machine & tool maintenance General Repairs & Maintenance Required Skills: Good communication Hard worker Ability to lift 50 pounds Quick learner Ability to work alone Ability to work outside, as needed Ability to follow directions Attention to detail and high quality Neat & organized Drivers license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to get to/from work We do most of our engineering, design, & construction in-house, ourselves. Our designs & construction projects are NOT generic. Therefore, it is very important that our employees really listen & communicate how work is to be done, and not rely on how they've done it in the past. Job Type: Full-time with paid holidays Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
