Solid Roots Construction is a commercial construction company based in Manchester NH, working primarily as Construction Managers. We are looking to hire a Lead Field Technician capable of performing various aspects of work that don't fit into a specific subcontractors scope of work. The Lead Field Technician is responsible for being able to work independently on various tasks throughout the day that could include: Rough Framing Drywall of small areas (patching, etc) Minor Taping and Mudding Finish Carpentry Cabinet Installations Painting Door installations Window installations The ideal candidate will have experience with all phases of construction and be knowledgeable in jobsite safety, reading plans, addressing punch list items, understanding job schedules, working efficiently without constant oversight, and be an effective communicator with the Office to address any potential issues in the field.
