To demo staircase in under corner and to apply plywood and sheetrock and make it into a platform 3. To frame out new door entryway 4.To install 5 picture windows on upper level 5. To install 4 lower level windows 6. To frame out 1 window and install 7. To fix molding on five windows PAYMENT: $2980 Phase 2: 1. To paint 1700 sq ft interior PAYMENT: $1,275 Phase 3: 1. To repair exterior stucco PAYMENT: $4,850 Phase 4: 1. To paint exterior of 4863 sq. ft. property PAYMENT: $7,250 Bathroom Remodel: 1. To install two vanities 2. To install a shower 3. Plumbing and to make a shower pan 4. To install glass partition to shower and to install a toilet 5. To sheetrock the bathroom with greenboard 6.
