For more information, or to APPLY NOW, please visit: **Major plus if you have RESIDENTIAL weatherization, drywall, HVAC or ductwork experience** Responsibilities: -Prepping jobsite in order to maintain cleanliness -Excellent communication with homeowners -Prepping the attic for insulation: sealing attic top plates/penetrations, baffling birdie holes, attic hatches and more! -Blowing both fiberglass and cellulose insulation -Installing insulation in kneewalls properly -Loading the insulation machine hopper -Removing, bagging and disposing debris in attic -Vacuuming insulation out of attic space when necessary -Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store! -Maintain a professional appearance -Following safety protocols -Help train and develop new insulation installers the "Ideal" way!
