Looking for an experienced carpenter, 10+ year experience. Must have your own vehicle, valid drivers license and your own tools. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Performs carpentry work such as lay out and repair of inside and outside building framing and partitions. Installs trim and millwork, doors, windows, counters, cabinetry, etc. Constructs stations platforms, shoring, heavy timber framing, and concrete forms. Operates various power wood working tools such as combination, saws, planer, etc. Works from ladders, scaffolds and other structures. Installs, repairs, replaces various door sets; installs and sets up key ways, locks for master keys, etc. Requirements: Proven experience as carpenter Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.) Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times Good knowledge of English Good understanding of basic math Good physical condition and endurance High school diploma
