*$250 signing bonus for all positions after 90 days* LINE OPERATORS $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Duties & Responsibilities: ● Effective operation of Canning and Bottling equipment ● Maintain a clean working area, disposing of waste, cleaning floor and around equipment. ● Maintain quality of the packaging process and report issues to the mechanic in a timely manner ● Clear jams, changes labels, Caps/Lids etc. ● Ability to use critical thinking and problem solving ● Reads and understands Human Machine Interface screens and alarms. ● Communicate with Material Handlers to ensure all production components are never in shortage. ● Maintain positive working relationships with all team peers ● Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms. ● Ability to be flexible and shift priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment *Must be available to support shift, weekend and holiday schedules as required. Overtime as needed.* PRODUCTION WORKERS From $15.00 per hour Duties & Responsibilities: ● Maintain a clean working area, disposing of waste, cleaning floor and around equipment. ● Ensure product quality meets company standards ● Troubleshooting and problem solving when necessary ● Assist with maintenance when needed ● Communication with Line Operator ● Following all safety policies and procedures ● Other duties as assigned by Manager ● Perform Pack-out, Bottle / Can Loading, Case / Carton forming ● Use of manual or motorized pallet jack ● Ability to be flexible and shift priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment ● Ability to lift 30lbs. *Must be available to support shift, weekend and holiday schedules as required.
