MEMO ORDER CLERK: $14.41 ( Entry Level ) Pulling fabric samples for orders, fill memo orders, take memos to customers in the showroom. Attach specialty tags Process returns Create memo sample tags Tag new memos samples Stock memo sample Serge fabric samples so they dont fray. ( will train) Pull deleted samples Follow departmental and corporate policies Use materials and equipment effectively Display good housekeeping and safety practices Perform other duties as assigned Submit job log daily Have High School education or equivelent Walk and stand majority of day Lift 20 lbs Have good written and oral communication skills WAREHOUSE PULLER $14.41 ( Entry Level ) Pull fabric, orders with emphasis toward efficiency and quality Pull high priority fabric orders and delivers them to cutters immediately Sort and pull orders by priority and location Determine amount of fabric needed to fill order using cut guidelines. Deliver orders to fabric cutters Deliver problem fabric orders to expediters Restock fabric bolts from fabric cutters Stock newly received fabric bolts. Straightens aisles of fabric bolts Assist on taking physical inventories Use materials and equipment effectively Follow departmental and corporate polices Perform backup duties for expeditor Perfoms other duties assigned. High School Diploma or equivelant Must have basic math skills Must be able to walk and stand majority of day Lift 70 lbs Good oral and communication skill, good organization skills WAREHOUSE PACKER $14.41 ( Entry Level ) To prepare finished products for shipment to customers. Pack orders sufficiently to arrive to customers undamaged. Place proper labels on packages Place finished packages in proper area Prioritize finished products for pakcing Keep work area clean Assists in taking physical inventories Uses materials and equipement effectively Follow departmental and corporate policies Display good safety and housekeeping practices Run/Inspect fabric returns Job duties are subject to change as directed by management High School diploma or equivelent Have basic math skills Must be able to walk and stand majority of day. Lift 70 lbs. Good organizational, oral and communication skills WAREHOUSE TRAFFIC COORDINATOR $16.62 ( Experienced ) Employee ships goods via the most cost effective and timely method, negotiates freight rates, audits and tracks freight costs and intefaces with customer service. Audit all parcel and truck freight bills and distribute to proper department Audit outgoing third party packages Input shipping information for incoming international freight to track costs Track shipping costs and discounts for all shippers via spreadsheet Write route letters to vendors for incoming outbound and 3rd paty shipments Maintain routing book Process truck shipments for pickup Make sure all air and ground shipments are ready for pickup Obtain quotes for air and truck load shipments Track shipments for delivery information Communicate with 3rd pary logistics companies and organize orders awaiting disposition Meet with freight/logisitics representatives Assist Inspection Clerk with receiving Interface with other department to provie good service Perform back up duties for other office positions Practice good safety and housekeeping practices Comply with departmental and company policies Perform other duties as assigned Use personnel, materials and equipment effectively High School diploma or equivelant Must be able to work under pressure Basic computer skills Basic math skills Possess good organizational skills Knowledge in Excel and Word Excellent oral and communication skills Come in and fill out an application for interviews.
